San Francisco 49ers – Cloud Computing and DevOps Intern
This internship will focus on the use of various programming languages to develop and maintain software to support 49ers mission critical business applications. The intern will also develop and maintain software to support the 49ers IT infrastructure by working with AWS and Azure cloud solutions. Interns will be responsible for debugging, testing, deploying and documenting software modules. Interns may also be tasked with creating automated deployment/workflow process flows based on defined requirements.
- Be a current student enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Have strong programming skills including Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
San Francisco 49ers – Application Developer Intern
As a member of the Application Development team, you will work with other developers on our many websites and applications. You will learn about web application development as well as participating in Agile development methodologies. You will also help develop fan engagement and ticketing applications using AWS, React, Node.js, and APIs to empower our fans through technology.
You’ll be mentored by senior developers, who are passionate about learning and growing your skill set. San Francisco 49ers – Ticket Sales & Service Intern

Ticket Sales and Service Intern: Support the ticket sales and service team in all aspects of ticket sales and service initiatives. Assist with development of new sales initiatives and support execution of all sales campaigns. Assist with implementation of all ticket sales and service programs including “My Niners” membership program, special projects, events and promotions as assigned. Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented and possess strong follow-through skills and ability to multi-task effectively. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word Excel). Experience in data entry/database management preferred. Previous experience working with computerized CRM database system (i.e., Archtics) is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn database system required. Position requires extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays and event days as scheduled or needed by department.
There are three 49er internships for the summer.
The San Francisco 49ers are accepting applications for three paid summer internships:
- Cloud Computing and DevOps Intern
- Application Developer Intern
- Ticket Sales and Service Intern
All three positions are remote, with the exception of one day each week in which interns will meet with their respective supervisors. Although applicants need not have prior knowledge in cloud computing or app development, they should be able to communicate effectively and work independently.
