If you do not have an accredited qualification, you should consider studying for one as part of your internship with Absa Bank. The bank can provide guidance on how to achieve this and will assist with funding if needed.

The Absa Bank internship programme is a full-time internship, which means that you cannot be doing any concurrent studies while on the Programme. If you wish to do concurrent studies, please apply for one of our other Internship programmes.

  • Only vacation work or internships are allowed by Absa Bank. You may not do any other type of employment during your time as an Absa Bank Intern candidate.
  • No concurrent studies are allowed while on the programme, unless with prior approval from line manager (the Company reserves the right to withdraw this approval if required).
