Double Negative

Double Negative (DNEG) is a visual effects studio based in Bristol. It’s part of the Marvel Studios family and has worked on films such as Avengers: Endgame and Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Interns at DNEG will receive industry-standard training on several tools, including Maya, Nuke, Houdini and Photoshop. They will also be given the opportunity to work on projects with senior artists and supervisors from other departments within Double Negative.

Red Gate

Red Gate is a software company, who provide products and services that help their customers to develop and deliver applications of the highest quality. They have a track record of helping companies to improve their development practices, software quality and deployment performance. Red Gate was one of the first companies in its field to offer free tools, training and advice online as well as through events such as DevOpsDays UK (which they organized).

They are currently looking for interns who want to gain hands-on experience in programming with an Agile development team. You will be working with web technologies including C# MVC 5 or ASP .NET Web API 2; JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS 1 or 2; CSS preprocessors such as Less/SCSS; HTML5 technologies like Canvas or IndexedDB; SQL databases like Oracle 11gR2 and Postgres 9.1
