Work experience at ITV

Make valuable contacts in your industry of choice.

  • Network, network, network. You should be constantly building your professional network. This is especially important when you’re in the early stages of your career and need to get to know more people within your industry.
  • How can you use them? It’s important that you have a clear plan for how all of these connections will benefit you and your career over time. If they won’t help furthering what it is that makes up your long-term goals, then it might make more sense not to focus on them so much at this point in time; however, if they can offer valuable experience or advice along the way then make sure not to leave any stone unturned!
  • Use LinkedIn to keep in touch with contacts: You don’t want anything left unsaid! In order for someone who’s helping out as an ITV intern next year (or any other time) knows what type of person they’re working with before accepting them into their team here at ITV International Television Productions Limited please make sure there’s good communication between each other throughout thier placement period which lasts from September 2020 until December 2020 (dates may vary depending on where).

You’ll have fun and make friends.

If you’re worried about fitting in and making friends in a new environment, ITV Internships is here to help. We know that working in an unfamiliar place can be intimidating, but we have some tips on how to make the most of your time here.

First of all, this is a great opportunity for networking: not only do you get to meet people who are interested in the same industry as you, but also those who work at ITV. By getting involved in our social activities and joining us at events like pub quizzes and lunchtime sports matches (our IT support team are especially competitive), it’s easy to find out more about how they got their job at ITV and how they see their careers developing over time.

You can also get together with other interns outside work hours – why not go out for dinner or drinks after work? Or maybe even sign up for one of our many club nights? We’re always keen on our interns having fun while they’re here!

It’ll be an impressive addition to your CV or application form.

It’s also a great chance to network with people in the industry, which is always useful when you’re looking for a job.

It’s so easy that anyone can do it, so sign up now and make sure your CV or application form has one of these on it!
