Being outgoing and personable helps me build relationships with people who can recommend me as someone they would like to hire as a full-time employee later on. Also, being organized helps keep my tasks organized so I can focus on getting them done efficiently rather than having my head buried in Google Docs trying to figure out what I’m supposed to be doing next week.
