Your first few weeks at Deloitte will be spent learning about how we operate as an organisation – this includes gaining an understanding of what compliance means for us (and how it impacts on our day-to-day activities), developing a better understanding of what makes up our firm’s values (what drives us forward), becoming familiar with the different teams who work together across regions/lines of business etc., taking part in our induction programme which discusses topics such as health & safety; diversity & inclusion policies; ethics & integrity policy; anti-bribery & corruption policy; whistle-blowing policy etc.; attending workshops run by various departments within HR including learning some valuable soft skills such as time management tips through mindfulness exercises .
