As a Deloitte intern, you will join one of our teams and have the opportunity to work on client projects that are relevant to your interests. Your first few weeks at Deloitte will be spent learning about how we operate as an organisation – this includes gaining an understanding of what compliance means for us (and how it impacts on our day-to-day activities), developing a better understanding of what makes up our firm’s values (what drives us forward), becoming familiar with the different teams who work together across regions/lines of business etc., taking part in our induction programme which discusses topics such as health & safety; diversity & inclusion policies; ethics & integrity policy; anti-bribery & corruption policy; whistle-blowing policy etc.; attending workshops run by various departments within HR including learning some valuable soft skills such as time management tips through mindfulness exercises .
